December 2025 — ThaiVitalis Tech officially released Remote Monitoring System v2.0, bringing three significant feature upgrades:

Sleep Stage Analysis: Upgraded from overall sleep duration tracking to detailed sleep staging (light/deep/REM sleep), generating weekly sleep health reports to help physicians identify potential sleep disorders.

Fall Risk Prediction: Based on gait analysis and historical data, the system provides a fall risk score 24–48 hours in advance. Caregivers can intervene proactively, shifting from reactive response to preventive care.

Redesigned Family App: A completely new design tested with 200+ real users, featuring clearer information hierarchy, easier one-tap emergency calling, and convenient historical data review supporting multiple resident accounts.

Existing users can upgrade automatically via OTA — no hardware replacement required.
